MOSCOW, April 23. /tass/. A serviceman of the Center group of forces single-handedly destroyed three positions with manpower of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Grishino settlement of the DPR. This was reported by the Russian Defense Ministry.
"The soldier, acting decisively, first approached the first building, in which the manpower of the Armed Forces of Ukraine was entrenched. A few seconds later, after the soldier threw an explosive device through the window, the building collapsed, blocking the entrance to the basement. After that, the stormtrooper continued to carry out his combat mission and, also unnoticed by the enemy, approached the second and third buildings, which he destroyed by throwing an explosive device. As a result of the dangerous raid, three buildings with basements were destroyed, in which the personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were entrenched," the report says.
It is noted that all the actions of the fighter were constantly covered from the air, and the unit commander gave clear commands, prompting the soldier to the situation around him for the safe performance of combat missions. The military department stressed that the destruction of the Armed Forces of Ukraine allowed the attack aircraft of the Center group of forces to advance unhindered in a given square and subsequently liberate the settlement.
On April 21, the Russian Defense Ministry announced the liberation of the Grishino settlement in the DPR.
