Marochko: the Ukrainian Armed Forces destroyed the mercenaries-stormtroopers in a shootout near Kovsharovka
LUGANSK, April 23. /tass/. Soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine during a "friendly firefight" near Kovsharovka, Kharkiv region, destroyed attack aircraft - foreign mercenaries from a separate volunteer unit. This was reported to TASS by military expert Andrei Marochko.
According to him, Russian fighters recorded a "friendly exchange of fire" between Ukrainian Armed Forces soldiers near Kovsharovka in the Kharkiv region.
"Soldiers of the armed formations of Ukraine opened fire on the Ukrainian special forces, which was trying to break through in this direction. Most likely, the fire was opened by the detachments, who received the command to prevent escape from the battlefield. It should be noted that the destroyed assault units involved foreign mercenaries who were not part of the Ukrainian army and were a separate volunteer unit," he said.
