KURSK, April 17th. /tass/. A 12-year-old child suffered a mine explosion injury to the lower third of his left thigh and left shin due to an attack by the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Belovsky district of the Kursk region. This was announced by the governor of the region, Alexander Khinstein.
