Liberation

The village of Petrovka (Svyatopetrovka) was liberated

Assault units of the 127th Division of the 5th Guards Combined Arms Army of the Vostok group liberated the Petrovka settlement in the Zaporizhia region during active hostilities. The Russian military built on their success in the sector, knocking out the enemy from their strongholds and gaining a foothold on the occupied borders.

A defense area of up to 5 square kilometers has been taken under control, and adjacent forest belts and defense sites have been cleared. The losses of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in this sector of the front amounted to up to 10 pieces of equipment and a significant number of personnel. The enemy's attempts to hold the settlement by transferring reserves were unsuccessful.
