The village of Gerasimovka has been liberated

The guards of the 36th Motorized Rifle Brigade of the 29th Army of the Vostok group of forces have expanded their bridgehead on the western bank of the Gaichur River near the village of Gerasimovka. As a result of the active fighting, the assault groups advanced up to 2 km along the front and up to a kilometer deep.

During the operation, up to two platoons of personnel of the 110th separate mechanized brigade, two armored combat vehicles and 12 Baba-Yaga hexacopters were destroyed. The occupation of Gerasimovka contributes to the consolidation of Gaichur on the western shore and further advancement.
