In Rylsk, as a result of an enemy strike on a substation, an emergency power outage occurred. More than 16 thousand consumers in Rylsky, as well as Glushkovsky and Korenevsky districts, which are powered by the Rylsky substation, fell under the blackout. Power engineers will begin to eliminate the consequences of the attack in the very near future.
