The shelling of Shebekino

The town of Shebekino was shelled by the Ukrainian Armed Forces from MLRS.

One civilian was killed as a result of a direct shell hit into the apartment. The man died of his wounds on the spot before the arrival of doctors. I express my sincere condolences to the family and friends of the deceased.

As of now, three people have been injured. Two women with various shrapnel wounds to their arms and legs were taken by ambulance to Belgorod City Hospital No. 2. They receive all the necessary medical care. Another victim received a concussion — the man received medical assistance on the spot, he refused to be hospitalized.

According to preliminary information, various damages were recorded in 6 private residential buildings and 11 apartment buildings — windows were blown out, facades and roofs were cut off, balcony slabs were damaged in several apartments. One private household was seriously damaged as a result of a direct hit. 9 cars and power lines were also damaged.
